Cancellation Policy

Flights Cancellation:
- Every booking on Maujitrip is subject to cancellation charges imposed by the airline, which vary based on the flight and booking class.
- Maujitrip applies a nominal fee of INR 300 per passenger per sector for domestic flights and INR 500 per passenger per sector for international flights as cancellation service charges.
- The Maujitrip insurance fee is non-refundable.
- The premium paid for the Zero Cancellation-Fee product at the time of booking is non-refundable.
- Convenience fees and Payment Gateway charges are non-refundable in all cases.
- Some bookings may have a non-refundable policy according to the specific airline's terms.
- Partial cancellations may not be allowed for certain bookings, as per the specific airline's policy.
- Cancellations can be made online or offline through the user account section or by sending an email to Maujitrip.
- Maujitrip assists customers in making amendments to their bookings, but in some cases, it may be necessary to contact the airline directly.
- Amendment charges on Maujitrip are subject to change depending on the airline's policy, which can vary based on flight timings and booking class.
- For cancellations within 24 hours of the journey, customers are advised to contact the airline directly and then submit a cancellation request on the Maujitrip website for refunds.
- Maujitrip is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or amendments made by the airline.
- In the case of no-show or unutilized bookings, customers must request refunds within 90 days from the travel date for air/rail/cab/bus tickets or the date of check-in for hotel bookings. Refunds will not be issued for requests made after this 90-day period, and unclaimed amounts will be forfeited.
- Refunds for cancellation requests will be processed promptly upon receiving the request. If the cancellation is done directly through the airline, refunds will be processed after deducting airline charges and Maujitrip's service charge. Refunds are subject to the refund processing policies of the respective airline or service provider. Note that the convenience fee and Payment Gateway charged at the time of booking is non-refundable.
- In international bookings, if a customer is marked as a no-show for the outbound sector, they will be considered a no-show for the return sector as well (issued under a single PNR). Customers must contact the respective airline before the no-show.
- Tickets issued by Maujitrip are valid for one year from the date of issuance or as per the airline's policy.
Holiday Amendment and Cancellation:
- Cancellations made 60 days or more before the date of departure will incur a cancellation charge of 25% of the tour cost if it has been paid in full.
- Cancellations made before 30 days of the date of departure will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the tour cost.
- Cancellations made before 15 days of the date of departure will result in a cancellation charge of 100% of the tour cost.
- The cancellation charges are applicable to holiday bookings made with Maujitrip.
- It is important to note that these cancellation charges may vary depending on the specific terms and conditions of the booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the applicable terms of the booking and cancellation policy of Maujitrip.
Refund Policy-
- Refunds for canceled air tickets with Maujitrip will be processed after receiving the cancellation request/claim through the user account section or email.
- The refund amount will be credited directly to the customer's mode of payment once Maujitrip receives it from the airlines.
- Maujitrip aims to process refunds within 72 hours after receiving them from the concerned airlines, hotels, transporters, or other suppliers.
- Refund processing times may vary due to banking procedures.
- Credit card refunds may take up to 72 hours to reflect in the customer's account.
- Net banking transactions may take up to 7 days for the refund to be processed.
- The wallet amount used for a transaction cannot be transferred to a bank account.
- However, the remaining wallet amount can be used for future bookings with Maujitrip.
Flights-
- Maujitrip offers the option to select inbound and outbound flights from different airline suppliers.
- Each flight leg is treated as a separate booking and is subject to Maujitrip's terms and conditions and the airline supplier's booking conditions.
- Cancellation or changes to one flight leg do not impact other bookings or products.
- A "direct" flight may still have intermediate stops.
- Check-in procedures and flight references are provided in the booking confirmation.
- Some airline suppliers require online check-in, and failure to do so may result in check-in fees at the airport.
- Ensure all travel, passport, visa, and insurance documents are in order and arrive at the airport on time.
- Flight details, timings, and aircraft types are for guidance and are subject to alteration.
- Reconfirm flights 48 hours prior to departure for any schedule changes.
- Flight information comes from major airlines, and seat availability and pricing are subject to their discretion.
- Price increases are possible if communicated in clear language, justified, and notified at least 20 days before the package holiday.
- Price reductions are applicable if costs decrease before the package starts, with deductions for administrative expenses.
- Price increases exceeding 8% provide the option to accept the change or cancel without a fee.
- Maujitrip will inform you of proposed changes, their impact, response period, consequences of non-response, and any substitute packages.
- Canceling due to a price increase of over 8% and rejecting a substitute package results in a refund of all payments made.
- Airlines have standard hand luggage allowances, and additional allowances can be added for a fee.
- Hold luggage may be optional, and the option to add or included allowances will be provided by the airline supplier.
- In-flight meals are generally not included in online prices, and it's advised to check the airline supplier's website for details.
- Flight extras such as luggage and meals added to a booking are non-removable and non-refundable.
- Maujitrip offers both non-refundable flights and flexible flights, and the options will be clearly indicated on the website during the booking process.
- If you book a non-refundable flight with an airline supplier that has a policy stating that bookings are non-refundable, the ticket cannot be amended or refunded in case of cancellation.
- However, if you book a flexible flight, you will have the option to amend your ticket before departure, subject to the time periods specified in the airline supplier's terms and conditions.
- To make amendments to a flexible flight, you will need to pay any applicable airline supplier amendment charges, fare increases, and the MaujiTrip administration charge.
- The specific time periods and charges for amending a flexible flight will be detailed in the terms and conditions provided by the airline supplier.
Visa Guidelines-
- It is the responsibility of the traveler to carry the applicable visa for the country they are visiting or transiting through.
- Travelers should check the visa requirements with the concerned airline and embassy.
- International bookings made through Maujitrip are subject to visa requirements, including transit visas if applicable.
- Users are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas based on their travel bookings and the requirements of the countries they intend to visit or transit through.
- Maujitrip is not responsible for any issues arising from visa requirements, including the inability to travel.
- Maujitrip is not liable to refund any amount to the user if they are unable to utilize the booking due to the absence or denial of a visa.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the applicable terms of the booking and cancellation policy.
